Treasure Hunting is Murder

When Allison Brandt travels from Philadelphia to eastern Louisiana to take care of her aunt and uncle's plantation for the summer, she has no idea the place is supposedly haunted. A treasure is up for grabs to the first person who finds it, and the mob wants it, making Allison's life miserable.

Her only saving grace is the adorable ostrich farmer across the street, who's really a cardiologist from Baltimore, hiding out from his past.
